Support for the people holding complex organizations together.

About Repose

Most problems do not stay in one part of an organization.

What looks like a staffing, capacity, or operational issue is often connected to how people, resources, decisions, and long-term priorities affect one another.

Repose Group works with leaders to understand those connections and respond to the organization as a whole. We bring strategic perspective and practical support together, whether the immediate need is additional capacity, a project that needs to move forward, or a larger change taking shape.

Schedule a meeting where we can talk about what needs attention now while helping the organization become more sustainable over time, without requiring you to keep carrying every part of it alone.

Meet the Founder

Catherine Vogel brings more than 20 years of experience working inside complex, multi-program organizations. She has managed controller-level financial operations, led major capital projects through periods of crisis, and developed the governance, compliance, and organizational infrastructure needed to keep important work moving. Across those roles, she became skilled at translating complexity into systems people could understand, use, and sustain.

Her academic training taught her to study small, often overlooked phenomena, understand how they interact, and build comprehensive models of the larger system they create. She applies that same perspective to organizations, connecting what is happening day to day with the broader conditions shaping performance, capacity, and change.

Catherine founded Repose Group to bring that experience to leaders who need both strategic perspective and practical support. Her work helps them address immediate needs while strengthening the organization for what comes next.

The Repose Network

The Repose Network brings together the people, knowledge, and capacity needed to respond to complex challenges without expecting one person or organization to hold every answer. It allows client work to draw on different kinds of expertise while creating space for research, collaboration, and regional partnerships through the Repose Institute. The network helps Repose respond more fully to what each situation requires and extend that learning into broader, long-term change.
