Catherine Vogel brings more than 20 years of experience working within complex, multi-program organizations. Her background spans financial leadership, capital projects, governance, compliance, and organizational infrastructure.
With academic training grounded in understanding how individual elements interact to form larger systems, Catherine brings a systems perspective to organizational challenges. She connects day-to-day operations with the structures, decisions, and relationships that shape performance and long-term sustainability.
She founded Repose Group to bring strategic thinking and practical implementation together, helping organizations navigate complexity, strengthen their systems, and build the capacity to move forward.
