We specializing in getting you caught up on the critical work. That can be catching-up on billing, getting reports and documentation filed on time. It’s the work that is not optional, but can be hard to do. If we don’t have those skills, we find them and bring them in for our work together.
Only when capacity is there do we move into long term planning.

Since we want to hear your ideas, we just start with a conversation where we listen. If it makes sense, we can keep chatting in an advisory position or move into a discovery phase.
What that looks like directly depends on what you’re needs are, with a few exceptions:
We want to help you get the critical work done. If you’re needing support before a formal discovery, we plan for that and dig right in.
We work with your budget. We can work with the funds available to you, a staffing gap, a budgeted project that didn’t make sense this year, or that line item for training & development you never had time for.
We respect what we don’t know. We specialize in systems, strategy, and projects with expertise at the intersection of finance, administration, and operations. But sometimes you need specializations or professionals. If you’ve got someone already, or we need to bring that expert in we build our project to get the right people in the right places.
We think about the system. Respecting critical work now doesn’t mean we stop thinking about the big picture, that’s were it all comes together. Work and conversation today go into building an understanding of the greater dynamics keeping you stuck.
