This may include research collaboration, analytical or design contribution, writing, facilitation, or participation in collective projects that develop over time. These roles are not always predefined. They often take shape through conversation and alignment.

As the work expands, defined roles may also emerge to support its structure and delivery. These can include administrative coordination, operational support, project management, or other practical capacities that help sustain client and research work.
Some roles are structured and clearly defined. Others evolve as the needs of the work become more visible.
