Most change management works from the outside in. Systems Change embeds inside your organization — the difference between being told what to change and building the capacity to change together.
How long does this take?
It depends on the depth of the work and the pace your organization can sustain. We scope engagements collaboratively and don't impose timelines that don't fit your reality.
Do we need to have done Fractional Leadership first?
No. Systems Change is available as a standalone. That said, organizations that have worked with us operationally often find this work takes hold more naturally.
